At ANINE BING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point using the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
